Admissions

How do I apply for admission? +
Simply visit our Application Form page, fill in your details, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee via Paystack. Once submitted and approved, you will receive an email with a secure link to set your password and access your student dashboard.
What are the admission requirements? +
You must be at least 18 years old, have a genuine desire to study God's Word, and provide the required documents: a passport photograph, national ID, and your highest academic certificate. Specific program requirements may vary.
How long does it take to hear back after applying? +
Applications are reviewed within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your application status has been updated.

Programs & Courses

What programs do you offer? +
We offer five programs: Certificate in Bible/Christian Studies, Advanced Certificate in Christian Ministries, Diploma in Theology, Advanced Diploma in Theology, and Associate Degree in Theology. Each program ranges from 3 to 6 months.
Can I study at my own pace? +
Yes. Our programs are designed for flexible online study. You can access lessons, assignments, and materials at times that work for you — as long as you meet the program deadlines.

Payments & Fees

How do I pay? +
Payments are made securely through Paystack. After submitting your application, you will be redirected to the payment platform. We accept cards, mobile money, and bank transfers through Paystack.
Are fees refundable? +
No. All fees, forms, and monies paid to School of Ministries are strictly non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy before making any payment.

Technical & Support

I forgot my password. What do I do? +
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with a secure link to reset your password automatically.
I didn't receive my approval email. What should I do? +
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us at admission@schoolofministries.com and we will resend it.
