Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Policy

At School of Ministries, we are committed to providing quality theological education. However, due to the nature of our programs and the administrative costs involved, we do not offer refunds for any payments made, including but not limited to:

• Application form fees
• Admission fees
• Tuition fees
• Program registration fees
• Certificate or diploma issuance fees
• Any other fees paid to the institution

2. Application & Admission Fees

The application and admission fee (currently GH₵ 100) is charged to cover the cost of processing your application. This fee is:

• Non-refundable under all circumstances
• Non-transferable to another person or program
• Non-creditable toward future tuition or fees

This applies even if your application is rejected, you choose not to proceed, or you do not meet the admission requirements.

3. Tuition Fees

All tuition fees paid to School of Ministries are non-refundable. Once a student is enrolled and has paid tuition:

• No refund will be issued for any reason
• No partial refunds will be given for incomplete programs
• No refunds will be given for courses not attended or completed
• No refunds will be given if a student is suspended or expelled for misconduct

4. Withdrawal & Cancellation

If you choose to withdraw from a program at any time:

• No refund of any fees paid will be issued
• You remain responsible for any outstanding balance
• Your access to course materials may be revoked
• Your student account will be marked as "withdrawn"

The same applies if the institution cancels a program — fees may be credited to another program at our discretion, but no cash refund will be issued.

5. Suspension & Expulsion

If a student is suspended or expelled for violating our Terms of Service or Academic Integrity Policy:

• No refund of any fees paid will be issued
• Any outstanding fees remain payable
• Access to all course materials will be immediately revoked

6. Currency & Exchange Rates

All payments are made in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). We are not responsible for:

• Currency exchange rate fluctuations
• Bank charges or transfer fees
• Third-party payment processing fees
• Losses due to currency conversion

7. Payment Processing Errors

In the unlikely event of a duplicate payment or technical error:

• Contact us immediately at admission@schoolofministries.com
• Provide your transaction reference number
• We will investigate within 7–14 business days
• If a genuine error is confirmed, we may issue a credit or correction at our sole discretion

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in:

9. Exceptions (None)

There are no exceptions to this refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Medical emergencies
• Personal hardship
• Change in life circumstances
• Relocation
• Job changes
• Dissatisfaction with the program
• Technical difficulties
• Change of mind

10. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. By making any payment to School of Ministries, you agree to this policy and waive any right to a refund.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
